I’m looking for a challenging, progressive role where I can deliver reliable customer support and technical issue resolution, maintain CRM/data with attention to detail, and keep learning continuously in a collaborative environment.

I deliver customer service across credit collections and high-volume support workflows, including managing client files, providing timely updates, and assisting with larger-corporate projects under tight deadlines.
