At Mercury Tours & Travels, I manage end-to-end operations including domestic and international travel planning, customer relationships, vendor negotiations, documentation, sales, marketing, and business development.

As Founder of Tivora World, I oversee product sourcing, inventory, supplier relationships, logistics, online sales, digital marketing, Meta Ads, customer satisfaction, and brand growth. I bring an ownership mindset, coordinate stakeholders independently, and adapt quickly in fast-moving remote environments.
