What I'm looking for

I’m a customer-focused travel operations leader, and I’m seeking to leverage my background into a senior operations manager role with a progressive organization—focused on end-to-end program performance, SLA/MIS rigor, and strong team and vendor partnership.

I bring over 18+ years of experience in Travel Industry, delivering end-to-end management of corporate business travel services. I’ve supervised multiple teams, planned and maintained work schedules, and updated process and company policies while keeping a strong focus on employee engagement, customer relationship management, time management, and issue resolution.

In my recent role, I facilitated corporate travel services for Samsung India Electronics Ltd and associated organizations, strengthening vendor relationships through airline/hotel contracting, expense management, and policy implementation. I also developed key matrices to gauge effectiveness, oversaw TMC operations with SLA’s and MIS, and led recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and product training to improve service and customer satisfaction.
