I own the lifecycle programme at BookMyForex, India's largest online foreign exchange marketplace, across forex card and cross-border remittance journeys.

I rebuilt app notifications around rate urgency and utility triggers, driving 2,321 orders from 35 pushes in June 2026. Like-for-like testing increased key events per push by 32.7%, while orders grew 36.8% year on year.

Previously at Sunstone, I ran lifecycle content and demand generation across three education brands, generating 2,500+ qualified leads through account-based targeting. At East In Writers, I led B2B content and lead-generation work for clients including WNS, TCS, Titan, Lenskart and Harman.

I also founded Astro Kshitij, building it organically to 90,000+ followers and 12 million+ views through research, scripting, hook testing, retention analysis and community building.
