I've built AI product experiences from identifying trust gaps to shipping agentic tools people can use. My work spans consumer growth, AI/LLM features, and end-to-end product delivery.

At Adda247, I reduced customer acquisition cost per user by 30% by re-architecting onboarding and refining audience targeting. I also redesigned the exam-scoped journey and drove gamification across Streaks, Progress, and live quiz banners, lifting quiz participation by 17%.

As an independent Product Owner, I owned client projects from scoping through delivery, aligning execution teams, timelines, requirements, and stakeholders. At Accintia, I translated stakeholder research into PRDs, user stories, sprint backlogs, and conversational flows for a voice agents product.

I've also developed AI products including TrustLoop for Claude, an AI trust layer validated through 18 interviews; a Groww intelligence-reporting automator that eliminated manual reporting; Dreamola, an AI dream journal; and an HDFC Mutual Fund RAG assistant with automated data ingestion and 100% uptime since launch.
