At the Department of Army CHRA, I provide classification and staffing services for Army Acquisition Support Center, Army Contracting Command, Army Futures Command, and Army Medical Logistics Command. I develop job analyses, vacancy announcements, assessment questionnaires, referral lists, and eligibility determinations to help managers make successful hires.
I've also supported Army manpower analysis, workforce planning, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, and program administration across CHRA, the Coast Guard, FDA, and the Maryland Army National Guard. I use federal HR and personnel systems including USA Staffing, DCPDS, ASARS, CPOL Service, FASCLASS, ePROBE, GFEBS, and Microsoft Office to turn policy, data, and personnel requirements into actionable guidance.
