At the U.S. Department of Commerce I served as a staffing and recruitment specialist supporting over 400 employees, producing Position Descriptions, OF-8s and PDR updates, conducting desk audits, and advising senior leadership on Title 5 and OPM classification policy.

As a Program and Management Analyst at DLA, I determined staffing and manpower requirements, managed recruitment and placement using USAJOBS/USAStaffing, submitted SF-52 actions in DCPDS, counseled employees on benefits, and maintained timekeeping and travel processes for large workforces.
