I am an experienced Recruiting Consultant with a strong background in data analysis and process automation. In my current role at Wells Fargo, I have developed and maintained the Excel Global Delivery Dashboard, using Queries and Connections to process raw data. I have also partnered with the IT Analytics Team to migrate the dashboard to Tableau, providing subject matter expertise in configuring logic and analyzing results.
Additionally, I have prepared various reports and presentations, such as Adoption Rate reports, Capacity Data, SLA reports, and Monthly Business Reports. I have worked closely with the Senior Recruitment Manager to provide analysis and solutions based on the data gathered. I have also been involved in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative for Global Delivery, creating a process guide and providing subject matter expertise to guide the RPA partner.

I have also worked as a Lead Sourcing Specialist at Alexander Mann Solutions, supporting renowned clients such as Citibank and HSBC.
