What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Executive Assistant who helps busy founders and teams stay organized and responsive. I manage calendars, own inbox workflows, and keep client communications moving with clarity and consistency.
Across aesthetics, retail, and logistics, I’ve handled appointment scheduling, email and live chat support, and accurate record-keeping in CRM and booking systems. I’m especially confident supporting retention through follow-ups, confirmations, and documentation that keeps operations running smoothly.
In remote customer support roles, I managed day-to-day administrative workflows, resolved shopper questions, and supported order assistance and tracking. I also organize social media content and contribute short-form video content using Canva.
Currently, I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completing Google/Coursera project management coursework.
