At IBM, I lead Cloud & Hosting service delivery for a global pharmaceutical client, covering 10 tracks in a 24x7 onshore–offshore model. I improved the account from loss-making to profitable by optimising resources, saving USD 100K while maintaining SLAs.

I also led the offshore transition of the client’s IT infrastructure from TCS and NTT. We mobilised 260+ resources across 14 tracks and delivered the Network and Cloud & Hosting go-lives on schedule, with runbooks and 24x7 coverage in place.

Earlier, I onboarded 21 European customers to IBM Managed Cloud across AWS, Azure and GCP. At DXC Technology, I led a private-cloud migration of approximately 2,700 servers with a team of six project managers.
