At Strukchor, I practiced customer care and service operations through simulated interactions across email, chat, and calls. I used Zendesk and HubSpot to handle customer issues while working toward consistent response and resolution times.

I created customer profiles and logged tickets with the right category, priority, and owner. Clear records helped keep customer information and interactions accessible across support channels.

In de-escalation scenarios, I practiced using clear guidance and proactive follow-up with dissatisfied or at-risk customers. I also developed reference responses for common complaints, including delays and billing disputes.

I coordinated simulated handoffs to billing and technical teams, summarizing what had been tried and what was needed next. My training and coursework also cover customer satisfaction measurement, service recovery, and customer journey mapping.
