I’m a Customer Service and Personal Assistant with one year of experience supporting business operations, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining excellent client relations. I’m known for being enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable in fast-paced office environments.

In my role at CAMCO LTD (May 2025 – August 2025), I assisted senior managers with scheduling, meetings, and correspondence. I managed client inquiries through calls, email, and in-person, coordinated internal communications across departments, and handled record-keeping, travel arrangements, and inventory documentation.

Earlier, as a Customer Service Intern at ABC Enterprises (June 2021 – August 2021), I supported daily client communications, maintained accurate customer records and feedback documentation, and helped resolve minor issues while escalating complex cases appropriately. I also learned and applied CRM software for service tracking.
