I am an IT Support Technician with a strong background in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Currently, I work at the Endangered Wildlife Trust in Midrand, where I provide technical assistance to clients, configure and install computer systems, and maintain network integrity. My role also involves testing new technologies and implementing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.

Previously, I served as an IT Intern at the same organization, where I gained hands-on experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer systems. I also monitored system performance, provided training, and performed system backups. My educational background includes a Diploma in Network Systems from Boston City Campus and certifications such as CompTIA N+ and A+, as well as an IACD Certified iOS Developer credential.
