I am a dedicated IT professional with a National Diploma in Information Technology and over two years of hands-on experience across IT support, networking, helpdesk coordination and mobile technology. I hold certifications including CompTIA A+, Network+, MS-900, MD-102 and AZ-500, and have practical experience with Active Directory, LAN/WAN support, ticketing systems (OST, BMC Remedy, Helix) and Microsoft environments.
I have supported onboarding and technician dispatch at enterprise scale, troubleshot connectivity and Android device issues as a mobile technician, and maintained hardware/software and transversal systems in government and corporate settings. I am highly motivated, adaptable, customer-focused and eager to contribute to a dynamic IT team where I can expand my technical skills and deliver reliable user support.
