What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role that gives me hands-on engineering-related experience. I want to support users with problem-solving, be part of a reliable team, and keep building technical skills through learning and growth.

I’m a motivated electrical engineering student with hands-on experience supporting people through technology. At the IT Service Desk, I’m the first line of defense for students and faculty who need help, doing what I can before connecting them with a specialist when necessary.

I also bring strong reliability, communication, and teamwork from customer-facing roles. As a Sales Rep, I handled scheduling appointments and selling while staying accountable to my manager, and as a Courier I delivered to assisted living homes and seniors, relying on punctuality, initiative, and customer service.
