I’m looking for a role where I can own HRIS and MIS analytics end-to-end—automating reporting with Power BI/SQL, improving data quality via ETL and RCA, and delivering workforce KPIs with strong SLA compliance and continuous process improvement.

I’m a results-driven MBA professional with 3+ years of experience across MIS reporting, HRIS administration, workforce management, and data analytics in IT services and HR operations environments.
