I’m a MIS Analyst and HR Operations professional with 7+ years of experience in MIS reporting, HR analytics, payroll management, and HRMS systems. I focus on turning large datasets into clear, data-driven insights that improve accuracy and operational performance.

In my current role as HRTech Analyst (Consultant) at American India Foundation (Teamlease Foundation Payroll), I create and maintain MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track HR KPIs. I process monthly payroll, design automated report templates, and validate data regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy across departments. I also maintain attendance/leave trackers and HR databases, and support HRMS implementation and user adoption across offices and field locations.

Previously, I’ve worked as Sr. MIS Reporting (HR Operation) at Artech Infosystems and as an MIS Executive at DBMCI and LNJ Bhilwara Group (LNJ-Skills). Across these roles, I developed dashboards and performance reports, automated Excel reporting to improve efficiency, and managed HR trackers like attrition, engagement, performance, and attendance—ensuring data quality through validation checks and process improvements.
