I’m looking for a role where I can build and automate BI dashboards and HR/people analytics using SQL, Python, and Power BI—partnering with stakeholders to improve KPIs, uncover retention drivers, and enable faster, data-backed decisions.

I’m a results-driven Data Analyst focused on turning workforce and operational data into actionable insights. I bring strong expertise in data interpretation, business intelligence, and dashboard development, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and optimizing KPIs through data-driven solutions.

In my current role, I’ve led the “Workforce Insights Dashboard” by cleaning, transforming, and validating large-scale employee master datasets using SQL and Python to improve accuracy and data quality. I designed HR KPI data models (headcount, hiring trends, attrition, diversity metrics, tenure, and workforce movement) and built interactive Power BI dashboards using advanced DAX measures to help leadership monitor performance and identify attrition risk areas.

I also automate recurring HR reporting through process optimization, reducing manual effort by 40%, and conduct EDA to uncover workforce trends and retention drivers. Earlier, I supported end-to-end HR analytics—payroll, attendance, hiring/attrition analysis, and executive reporting—using Advanced Excel and data validation across HRMS systems, while partnering closely with stakeholders and maintaining compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
