I analyze patterns in attrition, recruitment cycle times, and headcount distribution, then turn those findings into reports for senior stakeholders while managing employee records, compliance documentation, and payroll coordination validation.

Before that, I worked as a Business Process Analyst, analyzing large transaction datasets to identify patterns and operational bottlenecks. I built reporting frameworks for data quality and auditability, developed process documentation and workflow maps, and applied Lean and Six Sigma to improve accuracy and efficiency—skills I now bring to people analytics through stronger modeling, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
