I am a detail-oriented HR MIS Analyst with over 2.5 years of hands-on experience in HR data management, workforce reporting, and HRIS maintenance. I specialize in translating complex HR datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic workforce decisions.
At Wipro I managed end-to-end recruitment activities, maintained position- and department-wise vacancy trackers, and generated daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports for headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, and employee movement. I built automated Excel dashboards and Power BI visualizations to reduce manual reporting time and improve leadership visibility.
