What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can own client relationships end to end—supporting applications, running UAT with clear reporting, and keeping compliance strong through audits, SOPs, and accurate data.

I’ve supported TCS GSP Solution and the PhonePe platform while managing client relationships, onboarding, and governance check-ins that keep service running smoothly. At TCS, I handled a 600+ enterprise client portfolio, delivered 20+ client and internal trainings, and translated requirements into product enhancements.

More recently at Equinox Labs, I’ve led UAT testing, coordinated user feedback to improve application functionality, and maintained regulatory-compliant onboarding records. I also worked across compliance-focused quality checks (QA, audits, SLA management) and helped resolve business-critical escalations.
