I’m a Customer Success and Operations professional with 7+ years of experience owning the end-to-end customer journey—onboarding, engagement, escalation resolution, and retention—across education and recruitment organizations. Most recently as Centre Operations Head, I owned the full lifecycle for 150–160 learners annually, redesigned admissions and onboarding processes that contributed to 60% growth in annual enrolment, and supported ~40% annual revenue growth through operational improvements and enhanced customer experience.
