I’m seeking a fast-paced Customer Success team where I can own CRM-driven case resolution and relationship management end-to-end, using structured processes and KPI/SLA tracking to improve retention, operational efficiency, and stakeholder alignment.

I’m a Customer Success and Operations professional with 7+ years of experience owning the end-to-end customer journey—onboarding, engagement, escalation resolution, and retention—across education and recruitment organizations. I bring CRM-driven case ownership, proactive communication, and structured KPI/SLA tracking to improve satisfaction, pipeline visibility, and long-term outcomes.

Most recently as Centre Operations Head, I owned the full lifecycle for 150–160 learners annually, redesigned admissions and onboarding processes that contributed to 60% growth in annual enrolment, and supported ~40% annual revenue growth through operational improvements and enhanced customer experience. I’ve also led and coordinated a team of 6 staff members, built standardized dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets, and used Salesforce CRM to log, track, and report cases to strengthen stakeholder coordination.
