At Kinder Kids Holdings, I own day-to-day operations across five campuses and 100+ staff, working to shared service, quality, and reporting standards. I run site performance audits and turn findings into corrective action plans and revised procedures adopted organization-wide.

I built centralized reporting in Google Workspace, replacing site-by-site spreadsheets with one source of truth for staffing, attendance, and performance data. I also manage and coach site leads through an organizational transition.
