What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into EdTech customer delivery or operations, where I can improve processes, support technology platforms, create customer resources, facilitate training, and help deliver exceptional learner and customer experiences.

I coordinate instructional programs, workflows, and technology-supported learning experiences at Great Oaks Elementary School, supporting 26 learners across four subject areas while managing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.

I create standards-aligned lessons, user-facing guides, templates, and self-service resources using Google Workspace, Canvas, Canva, and AI tools. I also analyze 200+ assessments weekly, maintain accurate data, and use insights to guide interventions and next steps.

Previously, I led an eight-person MTSS team at Benold Middle School, organizing meetings, clarifying action items, and aligning communication across leadership, counselors, and staff. I'm transitioning into EdTech customer delivery and operations, where I can bring structure, training, documentation, and process improvement to customer and learner experiences.
