I’m looking for a role where I can lead nationwide operations and multi-phase projects—own scheduling and workflow improvements, support executives, and strengthen client relationships through fast, organized problem resolution.

I’m an operations and project coordination professional with 8+ years supporting nationwide service operations, managing multi-phase projects, and leading cross-functional teams. I bring a practical, execution-focused mindset—balancing scheduling, workflow optimization, and clear communication to keep work moving and customers supported.

As a National Account Manager, I managed nationwide locksmith service operations, dispatch, and scheduling, supervising dispatchers and administrative staff to improve workflow. I oversaw AP/AR, budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking while coordinating multi-phase projects with executives and project managers. I also resolved escalated client issues, strengthened customer relationships, quoted and tracked materials for large-scale projects, and trained new employees to standardize onboarding.
