What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer- or client-focused role where I can resolve concerns, communicate clearly, build trust-based relationships, and contribute in a fast-paced team environment.

I've delivered customer-focused service across retail, front desk, client-facing, and high-volume environments, including HomeGoods, Meijer, Celebration! Cinema, Planet Fitness, and Tandem K9.

At Planet Fitness, I managed front desk operations, inbound calls, paperwork, member records, sales and membership quotas, and customer concerns. At Tandem K9, I trained dogs, coached owners with clear step-by-step instruction, managed scheduling and payments, and built trust through consistent communication.

I'm also self-employed in graphic design and dog watching/training, where I use Photoshop, Google Workspace, and client communication to understand needs and provide work clients are happy with.
