I support clients and pets at The Dog Stop, managing daycare and boarding check-ins, reservations, payments, records, and client questions while helping maintain a safe, welcoming facility.

I've delivered customer service across Starbucks, PetSmart, Glenview House, and Einstein Bros. Bagels. My work has included customized orders, cash handling, sales, reservations, guest seating, payment processing, and resolving customer concerns.

I keep front-of-house, checkout, service, and work areas clean and organized while following health, safety, and food-safety standards. I communicate clearly with customers and teams to keep busy operations running smoothly.

I'm also studying Creative Writing through Full Sail University and Cybersecurity through Coursera. I bring experience with pet care, companion animal handling, dog walking, dog training, cat care, hospitality, and retail customer service.
