In my current role at Citibank, I resolve customer issues via phone and email, ask probing questions to identify service needs, and enter accurate information into electronic systems. I also guide junior team members on best practices, maintain detailed records for effective follow-up, and rely on strong problem-solving and effective communication to improve satisfaction.

Previously at Target, I trained new staff on customer service standards to strengthen the guest experience, processed returns and exchanges in compliance with company policies, and supported efficient transactions through strong organization. Before that, as a K9 Coach at Dogtopia, I monitored dog health and behavior, coordinated safe daily play environments, and implemented hygiene and cleanliness best practices to maintain health and safety standards.
