I'm looking for a role where I can improve business operations, data quality, customer workflows, and application support while solving complex issues and building reliable processes.

At Farris Group, I own end-to-end execution for approximately 300 customer orders each week, supporting customers and internal teams across ERP, database, billing, inventory, shipping, and documentation workflows. I investigate data and process failures, validate corrections, and keep issues moving through verified resolution.

I've cleared approximately $393K in aging receivables, resolved roughly $257K in billing activity in one day, and helped accelerate a $290K backlog. I also build SOPs and training materials, coach teams, and coordinate across finance, engineering, purchasing, production, quality, shipping, vendors, and customers.
