I’m a systems and operations analyst with 10+ years diagnosing and resolving issues in business-critical applications across healthcare, wireless/telecom, and finance. I’m known for root cause analysis, data validation, and solid system configuration that keeps high-stakes environments stable.

In healthcare, I support Health Rules Payer and GuidingCare production environments across the claims lifecycle—working system analysis, data validation, UAT, and issue resolution to protect reliable claims processing and data accuracy. I investigate production issues with business and technical teams, then communicate findings clearly to enable operational decisions.

I’ve also served as a primary analyst for Netcracker Wholesale Billing and Porting, supporting 20+ external partners. Using SQL, Splunk, and Grafana, I analyze transaction and system data, drive root cause investigations across incidents, and reduce average non-priority ticket resolution time to three days.
