In healthcare, I support Health Rules Payer and GuidingCare production environments across the claims lifecycle—working system analysis, data validation, UAT, and issue resolution to protect reliable claims processing and data accuracy. I’ve also served as a primary analyst for Netcracker Wholesale Billing and Porting, supporting 20+ external partners. Using SQL, Splunk, and Grafana, I analyze transaction and system data, drive root cause investigations across incidents, and reduce average non-priority ticket resolution time to three days.

Earlier in my career, I led a team of four analysts supporting Credit, Collections, Fraud, and Finance operations across 32 enterprise applications for 5,000+ users and systems processing more than $1 billion in monthly payment transactions. I manage escalated discrepancies, lead cross-functional corrective actions, and produce executive-level metrics and root cause reporting that fuels continuous improvement.
