What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in Business Operations, People Operations, or HR Operations. I’m especially interested in supporting employees and teams, maintaining accurate people data, coordinating HR and operational systems, and keeping day-to-day operations organized and effective. I’m also open to HRIS, Operations, and Operations Coordination roles.

I’m an operations and business systems professional with 10+ years of experience across business operations, healthcare operations, process improvement, systems, and team coordination.

My experience centers on improving how organizations work: identifying operational gaps, strengthening processes, improving data integrity, building documentation and SOPs, coordinating cross-functional work, and translating business needs into practical system and workflow solutions.

I have experience across operations management, business operations, People Operations and HR Operations, HRIS, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, training documentation, compliance support, reporting, and process improvement. I’m particularly interested in roles where strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable systems are critical to keeping people and processes moving smoothly.

In my recent work, I have led operational initiatives involving workflow development, process documentation, client and employee-facing operations, requirements gathering, systems coordination, reporting, and implementation. I’ve also worked extensively with data validation, quality assurance, discrepancy investigation, and cross-system data flows, with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency.

I enjoy taking complicated or inefficient processes and turning them into clear, repeatable systems. I’m comfortable working independently, coordinating across teams, managing competing priorities, and stepping into ambiguous problems to determine what needs to happen next.
