I’m looking to lead end-to-end product testing and experimentation with cross-functional teams, turn insights into roadmap decisions, and grow user adoption and engagement through rigorous, data-driven execution.

I’m a BBA-qualified Product & Program Manager with more than 12 years of experience across e-commerce, social tech platforms, and industrial sector. I own end-to-end product development—from ideation to launch—and lead large-scale product testing programs that translate insights into product strategy. I’m especially strong in experimentation, user research, and cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments.

Most recently, as Program Manager, Product Testing at Meta (via Nicoll Curtin) in Singapore, I spearheaded end-to-end testing programs for high-priority ad products (including a conversation AI agent, livestream ads, and shop ads). I partnered with product and engineering teams to define test strategies, resolve issues pre-launch, and synthesize feedback from global advertiser partners to influence roadmap prioritization. Previously at Tiki Corporation, I built and launched seller marketplace capabilities—owning product roadmaps for a 36,000+ seller platform—and delivered measurable outcomes like merchandising adoption driving 15% of total company revenue (2022), a merchandising tool adopted by 1,800 sellers/month (5% seller base) with 61.5% click-through rate, analytics adoption rising from 30% to 40% (2022), and a review management system reaching 1,000 daily active users.
