I'm looking to partner with executive leaders in a high-growth or complex environment, building operating rhythms, scalable processes, and cross-functional execution that connects strategy to measurable outcomes.

I've partnered with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and CMOs across Palo Alto Staffing, Scanline VFX, Burke Williams Spa, and WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems to turn strategic priorities into scalable execution.

At Palo Alto Staffing, I serve as the CEO's primary strategic and operational partner, lead company-wide OKR planning, optimize candidate onboarding and job-order workflows, and coordinate initiatives from ideation through delivery. Previously at Scanline VFX, I managed the COO's operating rhythm, quarterly business reviews, board preparation, and workflows supporting 150–500 North American IT engineers.

I'm known for bringing structure to ambiguity through clear operating cadences, dashboards, executive communications, and practical process improvements that align teams around outcomes.
