What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level HR analytics role where I can turn HR data into clear dashboards and reports (Power BI/SQL), support HR decisions, and improve process efficiency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

I’m an MBA graduate specializing in Business Analytics, with practical experience across HR operations, recruitment processes, and HR data analysis. I focus on accurate HR reporting and data-backed decision-making, especially where process efficiency and compliance matter.

In my HR analytics internship with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), I worked on training and development optimization using survey-based data. I analyzed data in Google Sheets, Excel, JASP, Power BI, and Python/Colab, built dashboards and actionable insights, and supported HR decisions even with limited access to HRIS.

Across my other HR internships, including a remote role with BlastAsia Inc. (Manila, PH), I developed training materials, created salary analysis dashboards, and produced monthly and yearly payroll reports. I’ve also strengthened my analytical mindset through projects and hackathons, including a ranked-1st nutrition age-prediction effort (F1 score 97.9592%) and multiple end-to-end analytics builds.
