I’m a recent MBA (HR & Marketing) graduate with deep HR Analytics expertise in workforce reporting, attrition analysis, and HR dashboards. I combine advanced Excel with Power BI (including Power Query, data modeling, and DAX) to translate employee data into HR metrics that teams can act on.

Across my internships, I’ve supported HR operations and recruitment analytics while strengthening engagement and retention strategies.
