I’m an MBA graduate specialized in Human Resources and Business Analytics, and I focus on turning operational and HR data into clear, actionable insights. I enjoy improving how teams onboard employees, maintain accurate HR records, and make faster decisions with better reporting.

In my HR Executive Intern work, I supported end-to-end onboarding for 30+ employees—verifying documents, creating employee records, updating HRIS (FactoHR), and coordinating onboarding formalities to ensure compliance. I also resolved employee queries on HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and onboarding, while auditing HR data to maintain accuracy and effective employee database management.

I strengthen my impact with reporting and analytics. I generated HR reports and dashboards in Microsoft Excel, and I built an automated attendance exception reporting solution using Excel and Power Query—reducing manual effort by 10+ hours per week and improving HR data accuracy by 98%.

I’m also developing broader business execution skills through a Management Trainee role, where I analyzed operational data, maintained performance trackers, supported market research and lead analysis, and prepared presentations for internal reviews.
