What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Human Resources role where I can apply HR analytics and strong Excel/Power BI skills to support talent acquisition and onboarding, and deliver data-driven people insights that improve engagement and compliance.

I’m a BBA student building hands-on strength in HR operations, recruitment support, and people analytics. In my HR internships, I helped with the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination) and supported onboarding by preparing documentation and assisting with orientation.

I also strengthened HRIS data quality and reporting—maintaining employee records with 100% data accuracy for 120+ personnel, and building HR dashboards in Excel and Power BI to track headcount, attrition, and diversity metrics. Alongside this, I completed a Deloitte virtual internship where I used data analysis to inform retention strategies and created a Power BI prototype that reduced manual reporting time by 40%, and I’ve built projects like a Python-based employee sentiment analysis model and an Amazon sales dashboard using DAX and slicers.
