I've built a foundation in HR, operations, and data analysis through MBA study and internships with Internshala and Unified Mentor.
At Unified Mentor, I completed two data analysis projects involving data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, interpretation, and structured reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Through my HR internship at Internshala, I worked through recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR policies, job descriptions, resume screening, talent acquisition, HR documentation, and HR analytics concepts.
I've also researched D-Mart's impact on local grocery retailers in Indore, analyzing consumer preferences, purchase behavior, and satisfaction in MS Excel and SPSS, and presenting the work at SNSRC-2025. I'm looking to apply my learning, take responsibility, and grow with an organization.
