What I'm looking for

I seek roles in people analytics, L&D or HR operations where I can apply analytics and dashboarding to improve workforce planning, compliance, and process efficiency while growing in a collaborative, impact-driven team.

I am an MBA (Business Analytics) candidate with hands-on internship experience in HR analytics and finance, building dashboards and conducting process and skill-gap analyses that enable data-driven decisions. I developed an HR Performance Dashboard, identified training needs for ~250 employees, improved compliance through refresher modules, and analyzed payment processes to recommend efficiency improvements.

I combine strong analytical training with practical HR and finance exposure, complemented by certifications in Power BI, Excel dashboards, Google Analytics, People Analytics, and Generative AI for business use.
