I’m a Dynamic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 4 years of experience in IT recruitment across Canadian and international Francophone markets. I execute end-to-end recruitment for technical roles—using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, pre-screening, interview coordination, and offer management. I also manage onboarding lifecycle activities, employee orientations, and engagement check-ins, then use feedback and exit interviews to support retention and reduce early attrition.

I’m also deeply involved in HR technology: I participated in UAT and process testing for ServiceNow + OnePeople SAP recruitment and HR ticketing workflows (English & French interfaces), identify defects, validate data integrity, and translate UI labels/tooltips/process documentation.
