I want to own end-to-end IT and leadership hiring—building niche talent pipelines, partnering with stakeholders, and using ATS and recruitment analytics to improve turnaround time and candidate experience.

I’m a technical recruitment professional with 6.4 years of experience in end-to-end IT hiring across product and IT services organizations. My focus is on sourcing, technical screening, candidate assessment, and delivering strong hiring outcomes for both individual contributors and leadership roles.
