I’m a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional pursuing a Medical Billing and Coding certification at DeVry University. I bring experience supporting families, students, and customers while maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative operations.

I’ve worked in roles that strengthened my communication and organization—assisting students and staff at Wake County Public School System, providing daily childcare and maintaining attendance records at Touched By An Angel Daycare, and delivering customer service as a Sales Associate at Perfumania. In every position, I maintained confidentiality, communicated clearly, and stayed dependable under changing priorities.

My operational experience also strengthened my accuracy and speed. At Amazon, I processed inventory and orders, tracked shipments, maintained quality standards, and worked effectively in a fast-paced environment—skills that translate well to healthcare workflows that require precision and consistency.

Right now, I’m focused on transitioning into healthcare by leveraging my Medical Billing & Coding coursework, patient registration interest, and strong administrative foundation. I’m remote-work ready and equipped with data entry and electronic record management skills, along with phone and email communication, scheduling coordination, and a strong HIPAA awareness mindset.
