Graduating with a GPA of 94.8 from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, I have developed analytical and problem-solving skills that are essential in the HR field. My educational background has equipped me with practical knowledge, preparing me for the challenges in my professional career.

Currently, I am working as an HR Specialist at Azizova Cement Production Company, where I focus on employee development and improving ERP systems. I have contributed to the development of SAP SuccessFactors guidelines and have worked to enhance employee engagement, ensuring that HR processes align with business goals. My previous experience as a Junior HR and Administrative Specialist at Beteko Group QSC allowed me to manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment and performance evaluations, within a large-scale transport project.
