What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead HR strategy and execution—driving talent acquisition, performance management, and labor-law compliant operations—while mentoring teams and strengthening employee engagement and productivity.

I’m a results-oriented Human Resources professional with over six years of progressive experience across HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. I focus on building HR strategies that stay aligned with institutional objectives and business needs.

In my current role as Head of Human Resources Division, I develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives in line with national labor regulations. I oversee the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, and I design and supervise performance management and evaluation systems to strengthen productivity, accountability, and professional growth.

I’ve led HR projects as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, improving organizational efficiency through better HR processes and employee engagement programs. I maintain and analyze HR databases and prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decision-making, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Earlier, I coordinated end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation as a Leading Human Resources Specialist, and I supported HR operations for event-based staffing at AFFA and UEFA projects. I also worked as an HR Inspector at Absheron Hotel Group, administering hiring, transfers, terminations, and personnel records—experiences that sharpened my attention to labor-law compliance and effective HR service delivery.
