I've supported HR operations at Alliance Logistics, The Ritz-Carlton Baku, and Fairmont Baku, Flame Towers, covering recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and HR reporting.
In my current Senior Human Resources Specialist role at Alliance Logistics, I prepare HR reports for management decision-making while coordinating HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations. Previously, I supported compliance audits, payroll and attendance tracking, HR documentation, and HR system setup in 1C 8.3.
I'm also expanding my data analytics capability through an internship at Enalytics Group, using Excel for data cleaning and analysis while learning Power BI and entry-level SQL for business reporting.
