I'm looking to lead HR partnering, organizational design, grading, workforce analytics, and talent initiatives where I can help leadership translate business needs into practical people solutions.

At World Urban Forum Operations Company, I helped build the HR and organizational development function for a UN-affiliated international event, shaping organizational structure, job architecture, grading, and workforce readiness across 30+ departments. I partnered with senior leaders to deliver 1,000+ hires in nine months, redesign selection processes, and provide real-time workforce analytics for operational decisions.

I've also strengthened HR analytics, employee relations, policy standardization, HR audits, and HR operations at the State Employment Agency, Azerbaijan Railways, Kalyon Holding RSY Construction, and BSC Consulting & Outsourcing. My work is grounded in Azerbaijan labor legislation, data-driven reporting, and practical workforce solutions using Excel, Power BI, Oracle HRIS, 1C, and EMAS.
