Conducted benefit investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals, and screened patients for patient assistance programs. Ensured compliance with HIPAA regulations and verified secondary insurance to utilize all resources for patients.

Pursuing a Bachelor of Social Work with an expected completion in December 2028.
