What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my sales coordination, customer support, order management, reporting, and account-management experience to a results-driven team where I can continue developing my leadership and digital skills.

At Kersia Group, I coordinate customer service, quotations, order management, stock follow-up, forecasting, pricing, and CRM updates while supporting expansion across Southern Africa.

Previously at Elanco Animal Health, I delivered sales reporting, rebate tracking, sales trend analysis, CRM coordination, 3PL support, contract tracking, and event coordination for sales teams. I also supported promotional tracking and trade marketing execution across co-op branches and veterinary practices.

My experience at G+D Currency Technology includes SAP quotations and order processing, Salesforce opportunity management, proposal preparation, account planning, customer onboarding, tender documentation, and cross-functional sales support. I hold a BA in Communications and continue developing my digital marketing and AI workflow skills.
