I want to own full-cycle DACH & EU outreach—prospecting, relationship building, and retention—while staying close to operations, accuracy, and automation that protect margin as volume scales.

I handle vehicle return appraisal and invoicing at FINN, running the appraisal-to-invoice process at volume and reviewing damage documentation against appraisal records so cases get billed correctly.

I also supported the rollout of an AI-driven damage review tool, helping automate matching of damage records to invoice line items and replacing a largely manual checking step.

Before FINN, I ran freelance B2B outreach and customer operations as a registered sole trader across the DACH region, building outbound campaigns and advising on customer-service workflows to improve retention.

I started in customer support at Heloo/TaskUs supporting Zalando, then moved into a team lead role for GDPR/data handling, where I managed escalations, live workflows, and performance feedback.
