What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead enterprise HR and People Operations—owning workforce planning, compliant employee lifecycle processes, and employee experience—while using HR technology and HR Tech/AI to automate workflows and improve decision-making.

I’m a Human Resources & People Operations leader with 10+ years designing and optimizing HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, and onboarding frameworks. I build handbooks, HR templates, and policy documentation that strengthen regulatory compliance and operational consistency.

In my current role as Head, Human Resources at LiftedHorizonGlobal, I lead enterprise-wide HR strategy across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. I coordinate HR operations across multiple entities, manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business units, and drive workforce planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

I partner with leadership teams on performance management, employee relations, and learning & development—while creating employee communications and change messaging that support organization-wide initiatives. I also optimize compensation structures to ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations, improving cost efficiency.

Previously, I led HR operations and process automation at TheGridAfrica and managed end-to-end talent acquisition and structured onboarding at WOVEN Finance, including LMS-based learning and training. Early in my career at Kaymub Consulting, I managed full employee lifecycle operations and supported deployments of Sage software across client sites.
